The lawsuit that we have filed on behalf of our client for the cancellation of the general assembly decision that has been taken with regard to the sales of the Tez Tour Companies Group’s Amara Dolce Vita Hotel to Kristal Group has been settled by peace which is one of the alternative remedial ways of disputes. We thank the parties and the parties’ attorneys who have efforts in the amicable settlement of the dispute.
