This service we provide covers national (domestic) qualified executive proceedings of court decisions towards clients who have unpaid debts to commercial firms that are active in Turkey.

Our legal firm works in a result oriented manner regarding execution of proceeding sand collections. Because, we only charge legal fees on files which have been finalized with an actual collection. On every pursuit file, the work, research and targets are presented to clients as reports at regular intervals determined by the clients themselves. The main source of our success is the fact that we have been working with international foreign firms for a long time based on our discipline of target setting and reporting. Our base policy in claims pursuit is to collect all the debt for the file with the least amount of expense. We work with a team of personnel and lawyers who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and specialized education in this field.
